About MTT
MTT — short for My Time Tracker — is timesheet software built for staffing firms and any business that bills by the hour. Built by staffing operators, not SaaS theorists. Narrow, fast, obvious.
Why we built it
We ran a staffing operation, and every Monday looked the same: chasing consultants for last week's hours, rebuilding the same numbers in five different MSP templates, hunting for an approval buried in an email thread. It cost us hours every week, every week.
So we went looking for a tool. We tried QuickBooks Time. We tried Paychex. We tried Replicon. All three were so complicated we gave up and went back to Excel.
So we built the timesheet platform we actually wanted to use — narrow, fast, obvious. If a consultant can't submit their week in 30 seconds, we got it wrong.
That's the whole idea. Not an HR suite. Not a payroll system. Not an "all-in-one platform" that does ten things adequately. One job — timesheets for firms billing by the hour — done properly.
What MTT does
MTT lets your consultants submit a week of hours in about 30 seconds from any device, routes it for one-click approval or self-attestation depending on the client, and produces the exact export each client's MSP or vendor management system expects — pixel-perfect, every week. Multi-state overtime is split per state automatically, so the payroll file comes out with Regular, Overtime, and Double-time already correct.

What we believe
Simple beats powerful. The best software disappears. If your consultants need a help ticket to submit a timesheet, the tool failed — not the consultant.
One price, no games. $5 per active consultant per month. Every feature, no tiers, no "contact sales." If a consultant didn't submit a timesheet this month, you don't pay for them. We'd rather grow alongside real customers than burn money on ads — which is why our first 20 firms lock a founding rate for life.
Your data is yours. US-hosted, encrypted, isolated per tenant, and never used to train AI. The details are on our Security page.
Who it's for
MTT works for a solo consultant, a 500-person staffing operation, and everything in between — including consultancies, agencies, law firms, accounting firms, and any SMB that bills clients by the hour. Same codebase, same per-active-consultant price. Staffing firms have the most acute version of the problem, which is why we lead with them, but the simplicity, mobile submission, signed PDFs, and payroll exports apply to anyone tracking billable time.
